To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email me within 5 days of receiving the artwork at email@example.com to alert me of the damage, then return the damaged item to me.
Upon receipt of the damaged item, I will ship out a replacement.
If a replacement is not available I will refund the full purchase price of your item.
